Terms & Conditions/ Quotes

All quotations provided are based on the details as specified in the quote document and contained in project brief or formal proposal (if applicable). Any other requirements/expenses not listed therein can be quoted separately. Nicknack Creative P/L reserves the right to use any or all materials created for our ongoing promotional purposes. It is the sole responsibility of the purchasing party to ensure that any approved design, artwork or name proposed by Nicknack is able to be trademarked and/or registered and does not infringe on any existing trademark. Nicknack holds no responsibility regarding trademark or registration and recommends that advice be sort from an intellectual property legal professional. Our terms are strictly within 30 days of invoice date. Progress invoices are generated at the close of each month for work completed within that month. Client email is required as confirmation of approval and understanding of the terms & conditions. Approval of quotes and terms & conditions is required before any work can commence.

Terms & Conditions/ Invoicing 

Payment is strictly within 30 days of invoice date. Nicknack Creative P/L assumes the details of invoices sent are correct and acceptable to the recipient if not disputed within 7 days of the invoice date. Disputes beyond this timeframe will not be addressed based on these terms. Late payment charges will apply to outstanding invoices at a rate of 5% of the total fee if payments are not made within 45 days. Nicknack Creative P/L retains title to all creative concepts and production items until payment is finalised. Usage rights for creative concepts are exclusive to the client and IP is transferred upon full payment. Nicknack reserves the right to use any or all materials created for any ongoing promotional and self interest purposes.
