The art of corporate sponsorship: Raising your own brand’s awareness by raising another’s.

 

While Adelaide Bank was the principal sponsor of the Adelaide Festival of Arts, Nicknack recommended that the brand take a position of partnership instead of ownership. This would position Adelaide Bank as a socially responsible entity working for the community. The creative solution, which consisted of an artistic blend of light and colour, was inspired by the ‘Northern Lights’ program – a spectacular light show along the city’s North Terrace. The campaign, which ran successfully across a range of OOH media, was awarded a Finalist at the 2008 Australian Graphic Design Awards.
