OUR PROCESS
Listed below are the basic stages that you can expect us to follow for specific advertising campaign. Of course, the number of steps within each stage may vary depending on the size and complexity of your campaign requirements.
STAGE 1/ Brand & Business Discovery
This usually takes the form of a workshop where we table our findings and understanding about your sector with you and your team. We will also discuss your business objectives and the expectations you have about the advertising campaign. Any past campaigns will also be discussed at this stage to see if any learnings need to be leveraged.
STAGE 2/ Campaign Concept Development
Ideas! That’s what this stage is about! We’ll develop a few options that show how the campaign can be developed from different angles. Each option will have its own strengths and weaknesses, so expect a lot of discussion at this stage. The goal is to settle on a preferred idea, to be further refined based on your feedback. This is also when conversations around photography or videography may need to be had depending on the idea.
STAGE 3/ Campaign Concept Refinement
We rework the preferred idea factoring in your feedback, and making any further modifications that may be needed. We get you and your team in for another presentation to see if we’ve missed anything. If photography or videography is needed, this is when we start discussing the idea with our preferred partners, or any partners that you’ve worked with before.
STAGE 4/ Campaign Rollout
By this stage, the idea is finalised and all messaging and imagery/ videos have been produced. All we need to do is prepare the final assets to be shared with the media channels using the file formats that they require (e.g. PDF, JPEG, MP4 etc).

STAGE 2/ Campaign Concept Development
Ideas can be highly subjective, so this is where you can let us know how comfortable you are with the concepts being discussed. We usually present a range of options so you’re able to assess how conceptual or functional you want the campaign to be. And how accurately the concepts express your brand. Your feedback helps us to keep the creative on brand and on point.
STAGE 3/ Campaign Concept Refinement
We understand that even once ideas have been locked in, there are still a lot of creative components to finalise … such as imagery, colours, typography and messaging. And that’s what this stage is for. To get everything looking and sounding exactly as it needs to.
STAGE 4/ Campaign Rollout
Here you can be sure that all the assets being sent to the media channels are as per specification and on time, so that your campaign runs according to schedule. This helps to avoid any last-minute hiccups!
