OUR PROCESS
Listed below are the three basic stages that you can expect us to follow for your brand identity development. Of course, the number of steps within each stage may vary depending on the size and complexity of your product, service, or business structure.
STAGE 1/ Brand & Business Discovery
A. Desktop Research – Assessment of your competitors and industry leaders for an understanding of how best to position your business.
B. Stakeholder Workshop – Meeting with your team members to ensure that everyone is on the same page in terms of how the brand identity needs to be positioned and look, along with what it needs to say and to whom.
STAGE 2/ Brand Identity Development & Refinement
Here we start to develop design directions for your brand identity based on the recommendations and feedback from the workshop. We usually develop around 3 options that fully explore how your brand identity should look, especially in light of competitor search and industry best practice. Once you let us know your preferred direction, we can make any refinements to this if need.
STAGE 3/ Brand Identity Assets & Guidelines
We provide the final brand identity to you in a range of lockups and file formats based on your requirements

It’s also a time to share our design brief for your identity based on desktop research findings. Perfect opportunity as well for you and your team to clarify any issues so we are all clear on how best to proceed to the next stage.
STAGE 2/ Brand Identity Development & Refinement
You get to see various options of how your brand identity can look. What’s more, you get the assurance that these directions are distinct from your competitors, and also aligned to industry best practice. If you require tweaks to any of the brand identity elements (logo/ symbol, colours, fonts etc), we are more than happy to address this feedback.
STAGE 3/ Brand Identity Assets & Guidelines
This ensures your team has all the assets they need to start applying the new identity to marketing collaterals and campaigns. As well as the guidelines to ensure proper application and usage.
